Carrot Ginger Juice

A refreshing and healthy carrot ginger juice that packs a punch with its vibrant flavors and nourishing properties.

Ingredients:

  • 4 large carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 1 inch piece of ginger, peeled and minced
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 liter of water
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine the chopped carrots, minced ginger, honey, and lemon juice.
  2. Add water to the blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Strain the mixture through a fine sieve or cheesecloth into a pitcher to remove pulp, if desired.
  4. Serve chilled or over ice.
