Carrot Ginger Juice

  • 50g ginger
  • 1 lemon
  • 500ml water
  • Honey to taste

Instructions:

  1. Wash and peel the carrots.
  2. Chop the ginger into small pieces.
  3. In a blender, combine chopped carrots, ginger, lemon juice, and water.
  4. Blend until smooth, then strain the mixture through a fine sieve or cheesecloth to extract the juice.
  5. Add honey to taste and stir well before serving.
