Carrot Ginger Juice

A refreshing and invigorating carrot ginger juice packed with vitamins and a hint of spice, perfect for a healthy beverage.

Ingredients:

  • 500g carrots
  • 50g ginger
  • 200ml water
  • 1 lemon (juice)
  • 30g honey

Instructions:

  1. Wash and peel the carrots, then chop them into smaller pieces.
  2. Peel the ginger and slice it into thin pieces.
  3. Add the carrots, ginger, and water to a blender.
  4. Blend until smooth, then strain the mixture through a fine sieve or cheesecloth into a pitcher.
  5. Stir in the lemon juice and honey until well combined.
  6. Serve chilled over ice, if desired.
