Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients:
- 300g grated carrots
- 250g flour
- 200g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 200g cream cheese
- 100g butter
- 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the grated carrots, flour, sugar, and baking powder.
