Carrot Cake Delights

Ingredients:

  • 200g flour
  • 150g sugar
  • 200g carrot, grated
  • 3 eggs
  • 100g butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 200g cream cheese
  • 100g sugar (for frosting)
  • 50g butter (for frosting)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C and grease a cake pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, mix the grated carrots, eggs, and melted butter together until well blended.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. While the cake is baking, prepare the frosting by mixing the cream cheese, sugar, and butter until smooth and creamy.
  7. Once the cake has cooled, spread the cream cheese frosting evenly on top and decorate as desired.
