Ingredients:

  • 200g grated carrot
  • 100g sugar
  • 150g flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 100g yogurt
  • 50g butter

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine grated carrots and sugar, and mix well.
  3. Add eggs and melted butter to the carrot-sugar mixture, stirring until smooth.
  4. Gradually add flour to the mixture, mixing until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let it cool before frosting with yogurt.
