  • 300g grated carrots
  • 200g sugar
  • 200g flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 100g butter

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the grated carrots and sugar, and mix well.
  3. Add the flour and mix until fully incorporated.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and melted butter together, then add to the carrot mixture, stirring until well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking pan.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
