Ingredients:

  • 200 grams flour
  • 200 grams sugar
  • 250 grams grated carrot
  • 4 eggs
  • 150 ml milk
  • 100 grams butter
  • 10 grams baking powder
  • 10 grams cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and baking powder. Mix well to ensure even distribution.
  3. Add the grated carrots and cinnamon to the dry ingredients and mix until well-coated.
  4. In another bowl, beat the eggs and then mix in the milk and melted butter until combined.
  5. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir until just combined; do not over mix.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Allow the cake to cool before serving.
