Carrot Cake Delight

Ingredients:

  • 200 g flour
  • 200 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 300 g carrot
  • 100 g butter
  • 200 g cream

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Grate the carrots and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. In another bowl, combine the flour and grated carrot; then fold into the butter mixture.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let it cool completely before frosting.
  8. For frosting, whip the cream until stiff peaks form and spread it over the cooled cake.
