Carrot Cake Delight

A deliciously moist carrot cake with a sweet cream cheese frosting, perfect for any dessert lover.

Ingredients:

  • 200g flour
  • 150g sugar
  • 150g carrots (grated)
  • 3 eggs
  • 150g butter
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 100g cream cheese
  • 50g yogurt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, and baking powder together.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs and melted butter together until well combined.
  4. Add the grated carrots to the egg mixture and mix well.
  5. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, and pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Once cool, whip up the cream cheese with yogurt until smooth and creamy, then spread it on top of the cake.
  8. Slice and serve to enjoy this delightful dessert.
