Carrot Cake Bites

Delightful and healthy carrot cake bites made with fresh carrots and natural sweetener.

Ingredients:

  • 200g grated carrot
  • 100g flour
  • 80g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 50g butter

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the grated carrots, flour, sugar, and eggs.
  3. Melt the butter and mix it into the batter until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a muffin tin lined with paper liners.
  5. Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted.
  6. Let them cool before serving.
