Carrot Cake Bites

Delicious and healthy carrot cake bites made with natural ingredients, perfect for a sweet treat or dessert.

Ingredients:

  • 200g grated carrots
  • 150g flour
  • 100g sugar
  • 100g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the grated carrots with flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. Melt the butter and let it cool slightly before adding it to the mixture along with the eggs and honey. Stir until well combined.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let it cool, cut into bite-sized squares, and serve.
