Ingredients:
- 200g grated carrots
- 150g sugar
- 150g flour
- 100g yogurt
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large bowl, mix the grated carrots and sugar until well combined.
- Add the flour to the mixture and stir until just combined.
- Pour in the yogurt and mix until the batter is smooth.
- Grease a baking dish and pour the batter into it, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool completely before frosting.
- For the frosting, mix yogurt with a bit of sugar to taste, and spread over the cooled cake.
