Carrot Cake Bars

Delicious and moist carrot cake bars made with fresh carrots, sugar, and topped with a creamy yogurt frosting. Perfect for dessert lovers!

Ingredients:

  • 200g grated carrots
  • 150g sugar
  • 150g flour
  • 100g yogurt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the grated carrots and sugar until well combined.
  3. Add the flour to the mixture and stir until just combined.
  4. Pour in the yogurt and mix until the batter is smooth.
  5. Grease a baking dish and pour the batter into it, spreading it evenly.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool completely before frosting.
  8. For the frosting, mix yogurt with a bit of sugar to taste, and spread over the cooled cake.
  9. Cut into bars and serve.
