Carrot Cake

This moist and delicious carrot cake is made with fresh carrots and spices, topped with a rich cream cheese frosting. Perfect for any dessert lover!

Ingredients:

  • 200g grated carrots
  • 200g flour
  • 200g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 100g butter
  • 200g cream

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix the grated carrots, flour, sugar, and eggs until well combined.
  3. Melt the butter and add it to the mixture, stirring until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Let it cool completely before frosting.
  6. For the frosting, beat the cream until light and fluffy, then spread it over the top of the cooled cake.
