Ingredients:
- 250g flour
- 200g sugar
- 300g grated carrot
- 3 eggs
- 150ml vegetable oil
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 200g cream cheese
- 50g butter
- 100g powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C and grease a round cake pan.
- In a large bowl, combine the grated carrots, flour, sugar, eggs, and vegetable oil. Mix until well combined.
