Carrot Cake

A moist and flavorful carrot cake made with fresh carrots and topped with cream cheese frosting, perfect for dessert lovers.

Ingredients:

  • 300g flour
  • 250g sugar
  • 250g grated carrot
  • 4 eggs
  • 200g butter
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 200g cream cheese

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon together.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs and melted butter together, then add the grated carrots.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until just mixed.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased cake tin and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Allow the cake to cool before frosting with cream cheese icing.
