Carrot Cake

A moist and delicious carrot cake with a rich cream cheese frosting. Perfect for dessert or any special occasion!

Ingredients:

  • 200g flour
  • 250g sugar
  • 300g grated carrot
  • 3 eggs
  • 180ml sunflower oil
  • 100g cream cheese
  • 50g butter

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the grated carrots, sugar, and eggs. Mix well until combined.
  3. In another bowl, sift the flour and gradually add it to the carrot mixture along with the sunflower oil. Mix until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  5. Let the cake cool completely before frosting.
  6. For the frosting, beat together the cream cheese and softened butter until creamy. Spread over the cooled cake.
