Delightfully moist and flavorful carrot cake made with fresh carrots and a hint of sweetness, perfect for any dessert lover.

Ingredients:

  • 200g flour
  • 200g sugar
  • 300g grated carrot
  • 3 eggs
  • 100g butter

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a cake pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour and sugar until well combined.
  3. Add the grated carrots and mix well.
  4. In another bowl, beat the eggs and melt the butter, then combine them into the dry ingredients mixture.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before transferring it to a wire rack.
