Ingredients:

  • 200g flour
  • 250g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 300g grated carrot
  • 200g cream

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the flour and sugar together.
  3. Add the eggs to the mixture and beat until smooth.
  4. Fold in the grated carrot until well combined.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let the cake cool before frosting with cream.
