A moist and delicious carrot cake made with fresh grated carrots and topped with cream cheese frosting, perfect for dessert lovers.

Ingredients:

  • 250g flour
  • 200g sugar
  • 250g grated carrot
  • 3 eggs
  • 200g cream

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the flour and sugar together.
  3. Add the grated carrots and mix well.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and then incorporate them into the flour mixture.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Let the cake cool completely before frosting it with cream cheese.
