Carrot Cake

Delicious and moist carrot cake made with fresh carrots and topped with a creamy frosting. A perfect dessert for any occasion!

Ingredients:

  • 200g flour
  • 150g sugar
  • 120g butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 300g grated carrots

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Gradually add the flour and mix until combined.
  5. Fold in the grated carrots until evenly distributed.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  8. Allow the cake to cool before frosting with cream cheese icing.
