Carrot and Zucchini Bread

A deliciously moist and flavorful bread made with fresh grated carrots and zucchini, perfect for breakfast or as a snack.

Ingredients:

  • 200g flour
  • 100g grated carrot
  • 100g grated zucchini
  • 2 eggs
  • 100ml milk
  • 50g sugar
  • 50g butter
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the grated carrot and zucchini.
  3. In another bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs to the butter mixture and mix well.
  5. Gradually add the flour, baking powder, and salt, mixing until well combined.
  6. Fold in the grated carrot and zucchini until evenly distributed.
  7. Pour the mixture into a greased loaf pan.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
