Carrot and Zucchini Bread
A deliciously moist and flavorful bread made with fresh grated carrots and zucchini, perfect for breakfast or as a snack.
Ingredients:
- 200g flour
- 100g grated carrot
- 100g grated zucchini
- 2 eggs
- 100ml milk
- 50g sugar
- 50g butter
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the grated carrot and zucchini.
- In another bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs to the butter mixture and mix well.
- Gradually add the flour, baking powder, and salt, mixing until well combined.
- Fold in the grated carrot and zucchini until evenly distributed.
- Pour the mixture into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
