  • 250g grated carrot
  • 200g pear (mashed)
  • 200g flour
  • 100g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 100g butter

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the grated carrot, mashed pear, flour, sugar, and melted butter.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition until the batter is smooth.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
