Carrot and Ginger Refreshing Juice

A delicious and invigorating juice made with fresh carrots and a hint of ginger, perfect for a refreshing drink any time of the day.

Ingredients:

  • 500g carrots
  • 50g ginger
  • 250ml water
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions:

  1. Wash and peel the carrots.
  2. Grate the ginger, and combine with the chopped carrots in a blender.
  3. Add water and honey to the blender.
  4. Blend until smooth, then strain the mixture using a fine mesh or cheesecloth to extract the juice.
  5. Serve chilled in a glass, optionally garnished with a slice of ginger.
