Carrot and Ginger Refreshing Juice
A delicious and invigorating juice made with fresh carrots and a hint of ginger, perfect for a refreshing drink any time of the day.
Ingredients:
- 500g carrots
- 50g ginger
- 250ml water
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions:
- Wash and peel the carrots.
- Grate the ginger, and combine with the chopped carrots in a blender.
- Add water and honey to the blender.
- Blend until smooth, then strain the mixture using a fine mesh or cheesecloth to extract the juice.
- Serve chilled in a glass, optionally garnished with a slice of ginger.
