Ingredients:

  • 200g blackberries
  • 200g strawberries
  • 400g Greek yogurt
  • 50g granola
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Wash the blackberries and strawberries thoroughly under cool water.
  2. Slice the strawberries into halves or quarters, depending on your preference.
  3. In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with the honey and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. In serving glasses, layer the Greek yogurt mixture at the bottom.
  5. Add a layer of blackberries and then a layer of strawberries on top of the yogurt.
