Ingredients:
- 2 ripe avocados
- 4 large eggs
- 200 grams shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 1 lime (juiced)
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook until pink and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
- In a bowl, mash one of the avocados and mix in the lime juice, salt, and pepper.
