Avocado Chicken Wrap

A delicious and healthy avocado chicken wrap packed with fresh vegetables and creamy avocado spread, perfect for a quick lunch or light dinner.

Ingredients:

  • 2 whole wheat tortilla wraps
  • 200 grams cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1 ripe avocado, mashed
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced
  • 2 leaves of lettuce, torn
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lime juice (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mash the ripe avocado with a fork and season with salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lime juice if desired.
  2. Lay the whole wheat tortilla wraps on a clean surface.
  3. Spread a generous amount of mashed avocado on each tortilla.
  4. Evenly distribute the shredded chicken breast over the avocado spread on both tortillas.
  5. Add diced tomatoes, cucumber slices, and torn lettuce on top of the chicken.
  6. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly to enclose the filling.
  7. Cut the wrap in half and serve immediately, or wrap in foil for later.
