Avocado and Spinach Wrap

A healthy and delicious avocado and spinach wrap that combines fresh vegetables and protein for a perfect meal on-the-go.

Ingredients:

  • 1 large tortilla
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 100g fresh spinach
  • 50g cucumber, sliced
  • 1 medium tomato, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Lay the tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  2. Spread the sliced avocado evenly over the tortilla.
  3. Layer the fresh spinach over the avocado slices.
  4. Add sliced cucumber and tomato on top of the spinach.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Roll the tortilla tightly, folding in the sides as you go to create a wrap.
  7. Cut in half and serve immediately.
