  • 1 medium tomato
  • 1 whole grain wrap

Instructions:

  2. Slice the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh into a bowl.
  3. Mash the avocado with a fork until creamy and add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Chop the tomato into small pieces.
  5. Lay the whole grain wrap on a clean surface.
  6. Spread the mashed avocado evenly over the wrap.
  7. Top with the fresh spinach and chopped tomato.
