Avocado and Spinach Wrap

A delicious and healthy wrap filled with creamy avocado, fresh spinach, and vibrant veggies. Perfect for a quick lunch or snack!

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole grain wrap
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 100g fresh spinach
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 50g cucumber
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Start by peeling and pitting the avocado, then mash it in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Spread the mashed avocado evenly over the whole grain wrap.
  3. Layer the fresh spinach leaves on top of the avocado.
  4. Slice the tomato and cucumber, then add them as well on top of the spinach.
  5. Season with salt and pepper according to your taste.
  6. Wrap the whole wheat tortilla tightly.
  7. Cut in half and serve immediately, or wrap in foil for a lunch on the go.
