  • 200g chicken breast
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 50g spinach
  • 1 tortilla

Instructions:

  1. Cook the chicken breast in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked and golden brown, about 7-10 minutes per side. Let it rest, then slice it thinly.
  2. In a bowl, mash the ripe avocado with a fork. You can add a pinch of salt and lime juice for flavor.
  3. On the center of the tortilla, spread the mashed avocado evenly. Top with a layer of fresh spinach and the sliced chicken breast.
  4. Roll the tortilla tightly, folding in the sides as you go to secure the filling. Slice in half and serve immediately.
