  • 2 whole grain tortillas

  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced
  • 1/2 bell pepper, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Lay out the whole grain tortillas on a clean surface.
