Ingredients:
- 2 whole wheat tortillas
- 1 ripe avocado
- 150g cooked chicken breast, sliced
- 50g lettuce, shredded
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Start by laying the whole wheat tortillas flat on a clean surface.
- Slice the ripe avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh out into a bowl. Mash it lightly with a fork.
- Spread the mashed avocado evenly on each tortilla.
- Layer the sliced cooked chicken breast over the avocado on both tortillas.
- Add the shredded lettuce and diced tomato on top of the chicken.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
