Avocado and Chicken Wrap

A healthy and delicious avocado and chicken wrap perfect for lunch or a light dinner. Packed with protein and fresh veggies, this wrap is easy to make and full of flavor!

Ingredients:

  • 2 whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 150g cooked chicken breast, sliced
  • 50g lettuce, shredded
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Start by laying the whole wheat tortillas flat on a clean surface.
  2. Slice the ripe avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh out into a bowl. Mash it lightly with a fork.
  3. Spread the mashed avocado evenly on each tortilla.
  4. Layer the sliced cooked chicken breast over the avocado on both tortillas.
  5. Add the shredded lettuce and diced tomato on top of the chicken.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Fold the sides of each tortilla inward and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top.
  8. Slice the wrap in half and serve immediately. You can also wrap it in foil or parchment paper for a to-go option.
